Acute Coronary Syndromes Conference

On-Demand Conferences include subjects of great interest, clinically relevant presentations, and highly accomplished speakers.

For physicians, fellows and residents, pharmacists, nurses, physician assistants, and clinical support staff.

Approved for AMA PRA credit.

Each hour-long archived conference adheres to a regular format and be case-based. In general, a case will be presented in the first 3 to 5 minutes. The guest speaker will follow with 40 to 45 minutes of didactic lecture, punctuated by discussion with the host about aspects of the lecture.

Key Objectives

Following participation in this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. discuss new evidence-based diagnostic methods for acute coronary syndromes;
  2. describe new technologies, devices, and strategies of treatment;
  3. apply recent clinical research findings to practice.

This continuing medical education activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of Medical Education Solutions Group(MESG) and the Duke Clinical Research Institute. MESG is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
